ShenJun International Trading Limited (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information collected through ShenJun ERP and related services. By using our services, you acknowledge this policy.

We use this information to provide, maintain, and improve ShenJun ERP, to support you as a customer, to meet security and compliance obligations, and for other lawful purposes where permitted by law or with your consent.

Product capability disclosure

Amazon SP-API Integration Features: Our ERP application provides automated solutions specifically designed for Amazon Selling Partners. Our core features include:

Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Automatically retrieve Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) orders to generate valid shipping labels via third-party carriers.

Tax Automation: Accurately calculate regional taxes (e.g., VAT) based on destination and generate compliant tax invoices.

Professional Services Support: Help sellers manage buyer inquiries and resolve fulfillment exceptions efficiently.

Amazon Data Handling Policy

Dedicated terms for Amazon-related personal information

Collection: We collect Amazon Personally Identifiable Information (PII) exclusively via the official Amazon SP-API.

Use: We use Amazon PII strictly for fulfilling Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) orders and statutory tax calculation. We never use PII for marketing.

Storage & Protection: All Amazon PII is stored in isolated private VPCs and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access requires MFA.

Sharing: We only share PII with essential logistics carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) via TLS 1.2+ encryption for physical delivery. We never sell data.

Disposal: We strictly enforce a 30-day retention policy. All Amazon PII is automatically and irrevocably deleted or anonymized within 30 days of order fulfillment.
